With below zero temperatures expected, the Warming Centre will re-open tonight and Wednesday.
That comes from the City of Campbell River, saying the centre will activate in response to the overnight lows of minus five degrees tonight and Wednesday night respectively.
You will have access to seating, hot drinks and snacks, and you are allowed to bring leashed pets and belongings like bikes and carts.
However, no beds are available because the facility is only a warming centre.
The centre opens from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. both nights.
