The Comox Valley was crossed by runners, skiers, bikers, kayakers, and canoeists today.
A total of 139 teams came to the Valley, starting off at the top of Mount Washington and heading down the mountain, crossing Comox Lake, and eventually paddling up the Courtenay River through to Comox Harbour.
