CAMPBELL RIVER, B.C- Spruce Street in Campbellton is boasting a brand new attraction.

According to a press release from the city, an accessible viewing platform at the north end of the street, offering views to the river, was just completed.

Spruce Street Riverfront Park construction was completed by the City of Campbell River Parks Department in partnership with the Campbellton Neighbourhood Association (CNA) and FortisBC.

City Council approved construction in February this year, with a budget of $30,000 ($15,000 from FortisBC and the remainder from the City).
