KAMLOOPS, B.C.-The Campbell River Judo Club team showed its stuff in Kamloops.
Six kids from the club between the ages of 12 and 15 took part in the BC Winter Games. Four of the six picked up individual medals.
Olivia Sheehan won the under 44kg gold, Abigail Sheehan got the under 40kg silver, Tianna Lund grabbed the under 63kg bronze and Fergus Girvin picked up the under 60 kg bronze.
Coach Joseph Sheehan says James Smurthwaite and Molly Girvin fought hard in their divisions but were eliminated in the medal rounds.
Olivia, Abigail and Fergus were also part of the gold medal-winning Zone 6 team, which placed first at the games for the second year in a row.
